1. Service Description

BellQR provides digital QR menus for restaurants, including features such as menu browsing, item saving, translations, and guest feedback collection. Certain features are available only on paid plans.

BellQR does not process payments between guests and restaurants, handle orders, or act as a point-of-sale system.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To use BellQR as a restaurant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be authorised to act on behalf of the restaurant you represent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Billing, and Payments

Some features of BellQR are available only on paid plans. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Paddle).

For purchases processed by Paddle, refund handling follows our Refund Policy and Paddle's applicable buyer refund rules.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees displayed at checkout
• Any applicable taxes
• Automatic renewals unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law or approved under the applicable Paddle refund framework.

4. Restaurant Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or display using BellQR, including:

• Menu items, prices, descriptions
• Images
• Translations
• Restaurant information

You confirm that you have the right to use this content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

BellQR may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive.

5. Guest feedback

BellQR allows guests to submit private feedback to restaurants. BellQR does not verify the accuracy of guest feedback and is not responsible for its content.

Restaurants are solely responsible for how they act on feedback received.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BellQR for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep BellQR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BellQR after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

BellQR and all related software, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BellQR is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination

You may stop using BellQR at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your access to paid features will end, but these Terms will continue to apply where relevant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles.
